Hey! I am new on Bebo but I know all about it now. I would like to make skins...But I need a program to make FANTASTIC skins! I do not want to download the program! I need one that I can do online or do any other way;as long as I'm not downloading anything! Sites and Links are helpful!

I thought you needed adobe Photoshop to make bebo skins

otherwise u might just have to get photoshop or ask someone to do it
Reply:There is no need to download anything. If you go onto the create your own skin section of bebo then it will give you a list of good websites that will help you to make the images you want to be the right size. These sites will allow you to select which image you want for each part of your skin and it will then size it appropriately. Then just download these newly resized images to the parts of the skin you suggested. And voila, you have created your very own skin.
