used aol for a couple of years and changed to plusnet last week;
access to some sites such as msn home, messenger, bebo and my space...etc is impossible even after checking firewall, security settings ...etc. isp says it is not from their side, and I tried everything I can think of, all other sites seem to be working ok, can you help please.

are you saying that the website pages are not loading or you cant login?
