here is a easy trick for you,
right use say your hotmail account and email the pictures to a tahoo account yourself, the images you have sent will be resized and save the images you sent yourself in the email, now use them to upload to the net , 9 times out a 10 it works, i use to do it myself and was told to do it the way i have just told you
