i want to make the HIGHEST quality bebo skin (cus i know how to...) but on GIMP everytime i made somethin BRILLIANT (even if it is only somethin small and simple on it) when i upload... its too big!! anyway that i can make it brilliant but also have the right size...
my skins must be .GIF (NOT .JPEG!!!)
and remember TOP QUALITY!!! not some wee crap thing please
